​I was a small-town thrower with big dreams — and no clue how to get recruited. But I figured it out. I earned a full ride to the University of Tennessee, became an All-American, and trained alongside Olympic-level athletes.

Now, I coach high school throwers across the country to help them do the same. My goal? To help you throw farther, get recruited, and compete at the next level — without wasting time, guessing, or hoping someone notices you.
